Shipments and returns
If you picked Outvio as your delivery method (24-72 hours delivery), where your order is a standard product (not personalised), it will be shipping within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) and will be fully trackable to you within that timescale. If your order requires a design to be made before production, the design will always be e-mailed to you for approval before production. Once your item is produced it will be shipped within 1 working day. Please contact us first should you feel you have a reason to return a product. Returns are handled via. Outvio who will pickup from the delivery address. Returns are only permitted on goods that have not been personalised and must be in a new/unused and resale-able condition before we issue a refund. The product details will state if returns are acceptable on the item.
Shipment to the UK
Unfortunately due to Brexit we are no longer ble to ship outside of the EU.
Local 'delivery' and pickup options
For local pickup, pickup days and times will be as arranged via. e-mail. By accepting the goods at pickup time, you waive your right to return - you should check carefully the condition of the goods before taking away.
For local delivery direct to your door, you will be able to pick a delivery day and time by booking directly into our calendar - we will send you information how to do this once your order is ready. In all cases (except cash on delivery for local delivery/pickup orders only) packages will not be released until payment has cleared into our accounts.
Payment with cash on delivery orders (local delivery and pickup only)
If you elect to pay by cash on delivery, as stated on the basket pages, such orders are typically processed once per week and on a Friday - this applies for pickup as well as local delivery. As such deliveries/pickups will usually be in the following week.
Items stocked on order
If you have picked an item that is not in stock that has to be ordered in especially for your order, a shipping charge will always apply even if you choose pickup as your delivery method. The lead time on such products is approximately 2 days to stock as we mainly use a Spanish supplier. Then there's the production time on top of that.
What's included in shipping fees?
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes for mugs are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
